Through all the changes and tears, we wanted to create some more fun memories for the kids. So we took the afternoon and went to Salitre Magico. This is an amusement park in Bogota. We had a great afternoon, experiencing the rides in Bogota. It is different than the amusement parks in the US but we felt safe. As we looked at the rides, we could recognize it wasn't quite as smooth. Brock analyzed the rusty posts that held up the roller coaster, to ensure that they still tested the rides for safety:) But overall was very clean and a very nice park.
We finished the evening with ordering in dinner from El Correl. We enjoyed the chicken sandwiches and hamburgers.
